Prayer Requests

Please pray for Jon’s father for strength and healing in his body. He just received a PET scan that was not good. Jon will be seeing him but not until December. Please continue to pray for his heart to be opened to the Lord and for Jon to have the blessing of leading him to Christ.

Please pray for healing and recovery for Hogla as she has not been feeling well.

Please continue to pray for the Shim’s and the dynamics/relationships with Rachel’s side of the family. There are big and new changes with her brother and his care of the kids and their parents helping. It is hard to know where to step in and where to pray and wait. Please ask for wisdom to be given and patience. Please pray for them to be given Christ’s eyes for one another so that they might see with compassion.

Please pray for Andrew and his work. He has much frustration surrounding his job and how much time it takes up. Please pray for wisdom to be granted so he would know when to work and when to set it down and be present with his family.

Please pray for the Davis’, that they would have wisdom in prioritizing their time throughout this holiday season. Would you ask that they would hear the Spirit guide them each day, each moment, as to where they need to be present and would he grant them rest among the busyness.

Please pray for the Davis’s neighbors. One is agnostic and the other atheist. Ask that God would provide opportunity for Kendra to encourage their hearts with truth and also for the courage and boldness for her to walk that out when the opportunity comes.

For Hogla’s friends Jass, Ivan, and Valerie’s salvation. For Hogla to have courage to pray with them.

Please pray for Derrek’s heart, that he would not grow bitter at work because of the broken trust with leadership. Pray he entrusts all things to the Lord. And pray that they are able to get moved quickly to Plano so his drive may be shortened!

Pray for Kirk and his work situation. It has caused him to have unease and this job will be continuing for a couple more weeks. Ask for peace for him and for trust in God.

Morgan’s parent’s home was struck by lightening recently. While they are okay, there is concern that if the repair’s cost is significant enough that it could delay Morgan’s dad from retiring when he hoped. Please pray for favor that they could get the repairs completely quickly, without issue, and in an affordable way.
